1.Overview
AED Nexus provides software tools for managing AED program readiness, inspection workflows, compliance records, and related operational activities.
2.No Emergency Response Service
AED Nexus does not provide emergency medical services and is not a substitute for emergency response, medical judgment, or compliance advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
3.User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate data
- Performing inspections as required
- Responding to alerts
- Ensuring AED devices are physically maintained
- Following applicable laws and regulations
4.Platform Availability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts support reliability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
5.Limitation of Liability
AED Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or emergency-event-related damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
6.No Warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content remain property of AED Nexus. No right or license is granted except as expressly set out in these terms.
8.Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Misuse the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious code
- Interfere with service operations
9.Termination
AED Nexus may suspend or terminate access for misuse or breach of these terms.
10.Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
